Thomas Brown AVID 365 day175 2-23-12

This is my calf muscle strengthen that me strengthen my calf muscle, to help get better bounce, vertical and hops. It really did help because i been wearing it since being of summer and my bounce has improved. I can dunk better and even jump higher when getting rebounds and blocking shots. Also it helped get my ankle muscle back in shape after i sprained it mid summer. It goes around your waist and stretches down to your ankles and you can do a lot of drills with it on. The max time your supposed to wear it is 4 hours.
