Aw poor little guy must have fell out of the tree and smacked his head on the concrete. As I'm walking from the bus stop this little squirrel spurrled out on the sidewalk startled me. Where he was laying is big tree so figured he/ she probably lost there balance fell couple of feet into the concrete.I forgot to take a picture during the day light so i had to go back and take it with iPod light and cellphone. I don't know how i came up with this theory but it's most logical. I bet the squirrel fell hit the concrete and probably instantly cracked his skull open because this is a pretty tree and not telling where he fell from instantly dead. Of coarse i had to walk on the other side the street because my dog tried to get close to it as I'm walking him. One of it's distant cousins like to go in our trash and tear all threw it and make wholes in the trash bags and what not.
