This was dinner for tonight. My om didn't feel like cooking, so this is what we get. I didn't have a problem with this because it was the grilled it taste way better than the fried. Also then macaroni is so good. Also i thought they gave my mom the wrong order because it was on 6 piece of chicken 4 sides and 2 biscuits. I'm looking is this supposed to feed all of us. Then these sides are so little i could eat the whole side dish by myself. So I'm taking small proportions because I'm thinking everybody got to get some me my mom and uncle. So i get a little of everything and i eat my food and go ask my mom did you eat and she said she wasn't even hungry. It was just for me and my uncle. By that time all the mac is gone.  Me and my uncle could've have went half on every side instead of me getting small proportions thinking of everybody else. Next time I'm just going to take and not think about anybody else. KGC is way better than KFC.

Last night i had to make dinner because my om told me to make it. It was already late and i didn't feel like cooking. I went downstairs to the pantry to see what i could whip up real quick and i saw chili i figure that pretty easy and quick. So i just threw in a pot turned the oven and let it cook for the time it was supposed to. I always try to balance my meals with vegetable and a starch. So rice is the starch for the and salad is the vegetable. In my head I'm master chef because i can make food when I'm hungry not order something just because. It was good even it was already made just had to heat it up and the rice was simple just add water. Problem solved quick fast and a hurry.

Today i cleaned my messy room. Tuesday usually my day for washing but i forgot so i did it today. I had clothes to clean, dishes in there. Junk mail sitting around. It was just mess, you couldn't even see the floor. I had to make a path  to walk. I had shoes not in the closet. My jeans had to be folded up.I had jackets sitting on the back of my desk chair. I just had to get organized. I don't know why i let my room become messy, i think it's because I'm lazy and just don't have the time to do it sometimes. Usually i don't clean it until my mom tells me to. I'm trying to take responsibility and just do it myself so i can get in the habit because my mom not going to be there when i go to college.I wont let my room get like this anymore.

This is one of my Christmas gifts. I love it because it blue and it a basketball sweat suit. I had my outfit planned out since the day before so i could ready for school and not have to worry about what I'm going to wear. Also it very comfortable because dri-fit and smooth. It also easy laid back out fit which makes it even better. Also i had some nice Nike shoes to go with it. So i was all niked out for a day. I also have Syracuse warm-up shirt. When you wear this you look like you just getting ready to go hoop. I  want so more Nike sweat pants and things. I'm going to have to buy with my own money now though because my mom said she done buying gifts.

I started to read my book and it is really good. It seems interesting. I wasn't expecting it to be this good so far, I'm on chapter 6 and still reading. I didn't certain districts to be really poor and others to be rich. Also i wasn't expecting the government to be in control of everything like keeping them fenced and it illegal to go outside the fenced area. I like how everybody trades though to break the rules of the government.When i finish i think i would definitely want to get the other books just to see how the book ends.

The ravens lost today in AFC championship game. One of probably times to lose a football game. The ravens played a great game to stick with tom Brady and the patriots. The offense had an amazing day the defense struggled until the last quarter. The patriots used our defense they used that hurry offense they would pass moving up the field, then they run and they kept on driving on us the whole game. If we could have stopped them like that the whole game we would not struggled. Even when the defense did step up, we didn't turn fumble recovery into touchdown we settle for a field goal.Also we had plenty of time to still drive down the field for the touchdown at the end but we ran out options and nobody couldn't get the job done in the end. Then in the end the kicker misses the easiest kick probably of his life, it going to be with him for a long time. He would sent the game to OT and the ravens would had a chance. It bad snap on the football and the place kicker tried to fix but it was to late and he missed it. It  goes down in the ravens worst moment history. Everybody had the ravens making it to the super bowl. Oh well next year.

So tonight I'm invited to the movies with a friend. I get here and you can barely get on the parking lot it packed. So i get dropped i see a whole bunch of new town people. I took wild guess majority of people were going to see red tails because it just came out the day before. the parking lot made the actual movies look a lot worst because it wasn't that crowded on the inside. I went to see mission impossible which was really good and as I'm buying my ticket and look up see all the red tails movies all sold out except for the last showing. When I'm going to my theater  i see a line for red tails it only 7 o'clock and the movie don't start until 8, i think to myself I'll wait until the hype clam down about it and then go see it.

Toady my home girl invited me to the poly Dunbar game. It was to live in the gym. It a number two  team playing. The game started 4 and when i got there it was already packed. It was good game, i thought poly was going to get blown out but they stuck with Dunbar the whole time. Also my home girl told me poly was ard  this year. At first both teams started the raining three pointers then it started a battle. It was back and fourth one team the other team score. I thought poly was going to get blown out. they didn't but the ref was cheating for Dunbar calling stupid calls the coach was yelling on the sidelines and the players was about to fight on the court. Then you poly fans on one side Dunbar fans on the other side and when the one team score the fans get rowdy and then the other team score then the other fans get rowdy. It was animated in that gym. Then after half time it like poly gave up, they was letting people get straight to the basket without any defense. Then poly found spirit again in the fourth but still couldn't come back and win so they lost 57 to 47. It would've have been good upset.

On my way to school today, i just so happened to turn and see a nice bright ravens sign lit, in support of the home team.It nice bright neon so everybody could see. It good to see everybody come together in support of the home team and cheer them on. You can find ravens things everywhere. I want a ball so hard t-shirt.

Aw poor little guy must have fell out of the tree and smacked his head on the concrete. As I'm walking from the bus stop this little squirrel spurrled out on the sidewalk startled me. Where he was laying is big tree so figured he/ she probably lost there balance fell couple of feet into the concrete.I forgot to take a picture during the day light so i had to go back and take it with iPod light and cellphone. I don't know how i came up with this theory but it's most logical. I bet the squirrel fell hit the concrete and probably instantly cracked his skull open because this is a pretty tree and not telling where he fell from instantly dead. Of coarse i had to walk on the other side the street because my dog tried to get close to it as I'm walking him. One of  it's distant cousins like to go in our trash and tear all threw it and make wholes in the trash bags and what not.

I was listening to this song the other day and it said "money is the motivation", yes it was rap and it just stuck with me. It like money fixes a lot of problems but it how you make your and make it last forever. That not all i want to live for is money i want to live for a purpose. When i make a lot money 'm going to invest it in something so i can have more money. Also describes everybody has motivation for something, maybe it's to do well school, make your mom proud, your going to turn your life around for positive. A lot can come out the motivation not just money but i have saying repeatedly because it stuck in my head but it really doesn't mean anything to me. Until another verse get stuck in my head then I'm going to just keep quoting it.

Today I put up the curtain rods in my moms room and my room. My mom has been asking me to put these things up since forever. I'm just lazy and i finally put them up today. They weren't easy either because the whole for the screw had to be drilled then you had to hold the bracket straight so you could drill the hole in and that was not easy. Once you got the hole drilled the hard part was holding the bracket because you wanted it come out straight. Then the screw wouldn't go in sometimes, so you had to  unscrew the screw and and re drill the hole. Then try to drill the bracket on again. After it was all done it looked and my mom told me nice job. I scratched my hand because i almost fell at one point standing on the stool. Also i almost burnt my hand because i was drilling and i drilled threw and pulled it out and touched the drill bit which was burning hot from drilling in the wall and me not knowing tried to unscrew it real quick so i could drill the screw in. I touched the hot drill bit threw it and i don't know where it is, thank goodness it was the hole.

A special occasion today because i saw my little niece that i don't see very often. These are two older cousins and on my dad's side  and my inspirations to go to college besides my mom. One has completed and four university and is working on her masters and making money. The other in college now is almost done. That my little niece autumn i don;t get to see her a lot because she lives in NY and only comes down occasionally because that where my cousin lives and goes to college. The one on the right is the one that lives in NY. When I get my provisional i 'll be able to drive up and see her. It good to see my older cousins because i don't get to see them all the time because there always ripping and running and always running and working. We where at my grandma house  and we were all there chilling and socializing. I couldn't take a better picture because my htc light is broke.

Today I was going to see ghost protocol  but i got bluffed because my mom didn't want to take. This is almost every sat, she comes home from work and goes to sleep. I asked her when she came home can i go to the movies but she says she never heard me say that. So me and my friends were going to go but since my mom didn't hear i didn't. She was sleeping and I didn't want to wake her up because usually when i do that the answer is immediately no, so i waited for  her to get up and remind her and she still said no, so i had to let my friends know i couldn't go. I set there mad and took my anger out on BF3 all night because it actually worked, because me being angry made my skills on the 360 better. I went on playing and getting high scores.  Maybe i'll go next weekend.

Today my homegirl invited me to go to the green trutle with her and her family for the ravens pre- game pep rally. According to heer some of the ravens players were supposed to come and sign auto graph  and things like that. She didn't tell me it was ravens thing and i was supposed to wear ravens gear. So me not knowing i wear a big bright Syracuse warmup. Oh well i had on a gray shirt under it and she gave me some ravens beeds so i could blend in. This place was so packed, every  table was full, there were people everywhere, the whole entire bar area was full of people. There was a radio station there. So we all ate and everything and nobody showed up because they had to be somewhere safe before the game. I could see why though because if a ravens player would have showed up without security every person in that building would have been all over them.So i was happy because i got a meal i didn't have to pay for. It crazy how cities and towns come together as one behind a football team. I have never  seen so man people in ravens gear unless your at the stadium in one place at once. It was a mad house in there the whole back of the restaurant was full of people. They couldn't even seek a ravens player in the back if they wanted to because it was so many people. Eventually we just asked our waiter and she asked the radio people and they said no, so we got our things and left.

Today as i am walking up to the bus i see a big deer at the end of court starring at me. It's  actually kind of scary because it was the morning were it was extremely windy and cold. This deer was just sitting there peacefully and even as i walked by it just stood there like it was frozen.  I wasn't scared but it was kind of scary because it was me and nobody else around, it was early in the morning. I have seen a lot of deer in the morning and at night around my neighborhood lately. It stayed looking at me until i walked passed didn't move until a car came down the street.

This year is Syracuse year for basketball! They undefeated including another win win tonight against villanova making there record 18-0. Nobody in the big east can Syracuse there 5-0 in there conference and 18-0 in there division. If you haven't put them in the final four yet, you mise well because they are unstoppable, they are like freight train once they get started there pretty hard to stop.  I believe they can stay  undefeated a whole season which has only been done a couple of time that means staying undefeated until march madness 30-0. If they go 30-0 they can beat any team that steps there way. They don't just beat teams they beating by double digit numbers. 15,30, 20. They have this one dude named Deon waiters that is to nice on the court! It Syracuse year, to bad there leaving the Big east conference to Join the ACC because the football wants to change. The big east wont even have anybody left to call the big east.

Today in class we talked about Tim tebow making into the league was totally popularity contest. I think he is an ok quarter back, he can make great plays in great times of need. I think he made it in the league totally on popularity and race because there are plenty of underrated quarter backs in the league that don't get half the appreciation on daily basis as Tim tebow. For example look at Joe flaco he awesome games he has great come back victories and he can throw, also he still in his prime. Some times it has to do with race and others times it has to do with pure skill. I think he talked about so much because he not so good quarter back in the NFL. If It was NBA or MLB he would be in the d-league or minors league as a developmental player, which means you have skill but you just don't have what it takes to be on the big stage. If it was up to me he would not be in the NFL.

This afternoon as i was listening some music, i heard some sirens and looked out the window and saw a couple of fire trucks go by but they were moving to fast to capture a picture. I smelled smoke but i don't think  that was something on fire. It smelled like smoke like smoke from a fireplace. I went in my backyard and i look up the big  hill on the other side of the street see the fire trucks. Once again i tried to snap a picture but it was to far, it was just a white blur showing up on my screen. Well i figured it couldn't have been anything serious because i didn't anymore sirens after that. If something was on fire i would've have heard sirens for the next couple of mins and saw more firetrucks. Then i went in the house to check on the dog and came back out and they were gone, so it wasn't nothing to serious.

Today we celebrated my uncle 85th birthday, he doesn't even look it. We had a big surprise for him at the olive branch and it was joyous occasion. We got him good because he was wondering why he was going all the way to the back when there were tables up front but we got him good because everybody hid behind the menus so he wouldn't see the family and we still surprised him. There food was good and everybody ate and then we took lots of pictures but i forgot to take some with my phone.We had a delicious red velvet cake, took more pictures and said good bye. it was good seeing all the family except for a few that couldn't make it.

Today i had to work at the alumna game with fellow male mentoring members and national honors society members. So we had to help serve the food and watch the doors and do the tickets at the door. The event is for both clubs to make money and both clubs made ton of money. It was an OK game but being there with my friends made it even better, Prosper, Jason, Ericka,Churchill, Kim, and Jasean,Trey, Justine, Khalid,jaelin, Elizabeth , and anybody that was there  that I didn't see. we all had great laughs together. I made chicken at the game and it looked like somebody shrunk the chicken with a shrink ray but it was still good and we sold a whole pan but still a whole another pan left. the chicken box didn't have enough chicken in it. At first it had two pieces of chicken and biscuit, then it was changed to three pieces of chicken, finally three pieces of chicken,  come chips and a biscuit. The game was actually pretty boring because all the athletes that hooped back then didn't have it anymore  but the ones that still had game went off. When your with your friends laughing and having fun you don't worry about the game. Some madness happened at the end of the game but there bound to be something if you have only one security guard present.

I call this my custom sock collection, this is all my under amour and nike elite sock collection and it still not complete. Let's see all the blue's are my favorite because my favorite color is blue. Nike has a couple different colors of blue. For instance Carolina blue, bright blue and white stripe, and royal blue. They have so many different colors, black sock white stripe, white sock black stripe, burgundy white stripe, red white stripe, white sock red stripe, black and red. Then the first ones to come were the original white sock gray stripe and black sock gray stripe, which you can't find in any store, you have to order them off line.  I'm still missing the purple sock white stripe, white sock purple stripe, orange sock white stripe, white sock orange stripe, the green white ones.Then there are these elite socks called breast cancer elite socks that are white socks with the pink stripe and breast cancer sign on them and i can't find them anywhere except online for $40 for only one pair. One pair of socks is $12 dollars, I'm not paying 40 dollars for a pair of socks.  I first found out about these socks when i first started playing AAU and you could only get them at house of  hoops which only in select locations across the united states. Now you can get them in any name brand shoe store. Then about a year ago under amour came out with there version of elite socks but there stripe was fatter  and didn't go all the way down. I prefer Nike elite socks because they are more comfortable to hoop in. I found out a way to change the color of them by using rit dye and it actually works because i saw somebody do it. My collection will be complete soon.

This is my new favorite game MW3, modern warfare 3. I bought it with my ow money Christmas and i haven't stopped playing it since. On Winter break i played it non stop but now since i have school work i only play on the weekends. So i don't get distracted during the school week i can focus and just have fun playing it on the weekend. All my friends are on the game to so i can have party going on and i can hear them talking and were all on the same team. When you get a new game it becomes addicting so you can try it out, then it becomes old. You can play against people all over the world and play on all types of maps and different games and objectives in each game. I want to get like my friend that prestiged in three days to the top ranks, i was amazed but  i can't because i only can play on the weekends where i be doing things sometimes and barely have time to play. Maybe one I'll get like him but right no I'm only half way there.

We had our toast for change today, My toast for change is my life style because I'm lazy when t comes to my school work and homework. I don't push for the extra effort, i take the easy way out by doing the bare minimum and my grades reflect it.I have b- in every class right now except for which i have d in.It all my fault because i understand sometimes and other times i don't. I have never speak up and say i don't understand or read the book to see if i could find the answer myself because I'm lazy. I need to push harder so i can get better grades. I know i can really can do it by applying myself. I'm always passing really good until the end because a test will come and mess me up. i don't want to shortcut anything anymore. I want to be above average, to stand out and get better grades.

I'm actually kind of happy to be back in school because i was bored in the house and i missed my friends. break could  have been longer but it was fine the way it was.it was good to ask what everybody got and did.Also ask what people got for the holiday. In the end it was good break now game time to finish out the year. for senior it a half way[point to graduating and it means it almost over. Before you know it will be over.

I used this last day off to make sure everything was organized and together for school the next day. Also i checked my agenda book for any assignments that i  may have forgotten to complete over the break. Also i used this as refresher to make sure i was ready for school the next day. I know my sleep schedule was all messed up because i stayed 3 o'clock in the morning the whole break. I didn't care though because i knew i would be organized for the next day.

The day after New years i was bringing my trip to an end i had a ton fun. I am always smiling because i love upstate family. Usually we don't even spend new years with them we rush home so we can be in Maryland. We started the day off at church because my aunt wanted to go to church and pray for cousin because she hasn't been sleeping well lately.  After that we went out to eat and just hung out. Then we had to hit the road and said goodbye. I drove all the way up and all the way back. It was my first long distance road trip. My moms friends that rode with us up said I'm a good driver. My mom said i just speed to much. I can't lie i was doing like 80 up and 75 back. If the car had some horse power I'm going to use it. I like to drive. When cars go slow i go around. I drive fast but safe, i don't cut cars or trucks off. On the way back we hit so much traffic it was ridiculous, non-stop traffic jams.

I'm still visiting family in new jersey when we occasionally take the train over to new york. I'm mean i already knew it was going to be crowed because on TV it always is. Even while i drove up the day before the exits for new york where all in wall to wall traffic. Te night after the Kwanzaa celebration which we didn't go to bed until three. We woke up the next morning and everybody was all tired because usually we get up go to the train, go over shop and come back. This time we didn't go until about 4:50 and didn't get to times square until 6. It a pretty easy ride over, just hop on a train and get off NY pen station the last stop on the line my aunt didn't even tell us we were but we figured it out when we looked at the clock. This train already had a bunch of parties on there, people already had all types of liquor on the train. Even when we made it into Penn station, the police was on point they had undercover officer, military, k-9 everything. This one entrance in the train station had 6 police all geared up and a dog.We come out on 34 street and two military guys come out with machine guns strapped and ready.We walked all the way up two times square and the blocks around it. because the police had everything barricaded off. They had that whole area on lock. You had to be in times square early that morning to be near the stage and actual ball drop area. So we decided to walk to get something to eat because it was 6 o'clock and we had 6 hours before the ball dropped. It was so packed and crowded. It was actually madness because the side walks were packed and you couldn't move because people were taking pictures. So we ate and came back out we still had another three hours so just stayed in one spot and saw it drop on a jumbo tron. I had some cool 2012 sunglasses. I also had huge party popper cannon that made such a loud bang, it was amazing.

For the past couple years me and my mom travel upstate to new jersey to spend time wit family, visit friends and just see what new. We always stop past Mount holly NJ and Burlington to say hello to friends either going or coming from New Jersey. We go all the way up to Newark NJ where my mom college roommate and good friend has a big Kwanzaa celebration every year. I call her my aunt because she has always been there for me like family. Every she thinks of something that has to do with Kwanzaa where you write a piece about life or success or family. This year you had to pick a principle of Kwanzaa and say what it means to you and why it means the most to you. I chose Kujichagulia(self determination). I chose that because it describe the most to me because i was getting average grades and i was self determined to do better.

OK now the NBA season is officially back, starting on Christmas day my team did not start so well. The day the season started my team got destroyed by the Miami Heat. It was like the Mavericks didn't even show up to play. The Mavericks had rough start losing 4 games to start the season off is not bad but it not good either. At least they ain't lose four in a row. A couple of the games, they shouldn't have lost but it ok they are making a comeback now to win two games. The mavericks even set a record by being to championship and coming back the next season to lose the first two starting games. They have lost have there championship squad, most of the team that helped get that championship is gone Tyson chandler, j.j. Barea, Deshawn Stevenson, Caron butler. It ok mavericks will be back to there old selves by playoffs. 66 games in a regular season it will be just fine they will be ready by June. there will be a game on every night.

Today i went to the dentist and i had a checkup and it was good. Only thing is i have to start flossing more and we were really there because of my mom because she had her tooth fixed and it was still in pain and it was hurting her whole side of her mouth. so she had to let him look at it and he couldn't find the problem for a second time. So now recommended she go see specialist to find the problem. The only thing about my dentist he will talk you death. He has one of those dry tones that just puts you to sleep. We were there for a long time just because he was stopping and kept on talking about everything. He said if i don't floss more at early risk for gum disease at 17. He said if i was 70 something he would be worried but since I'm 17 he said just floss more and the problem should go away.
