Christmas eve Santa came  early, I finally finished my my tree a couple days  ago. We had a lot of cleaning to do before Christmas dinner that night. I would open a present at midnight but i ain't feel like it because i was tried and had help my mom finish cleaning up before tomorrow.I aint go to bed till like 2 because i couldn't sleep and i had to bake cookies that night.

In class we had nice easy day and nice way to end the week before we get for winter break. So we played all kinds of games like cranium and cards and sherades and four corners. we were going to play 7 up but we couldn't get it started. Also we played bs which I'm not good at because  i laugh every time, I'm lying which is the whole point of the game, so i lost every time. I ain't care it was all out of fun. This is one of my two classes that i didn't do work in before a break which i was happy about.

In AP psychology we watched elf and had to explain how it related to certain loves, and how we develop certain feelings and emotions about love. Fatuous, and compassionate and other types. Also we had to take certain aspects of love we had to compare to the theory of emotions, James lange theory where something happens, we get an emotion, and  then we react. cannon-bard theory where something happens and we get an emotion and react at the same time. Then schnateners theory where something happens, we label the emotion as happy, sad , fear, and then we react.It was nice calm and easy day.

This game was to live,of Coarse Milford Vs. New town is going depending who you want to win. I mean it was a good game for the other team. The opposing has state won multiple state championships basket for the past couple years. The team shouldn't even be in public school division. They need to in the prep school or private or catholic school divisions whee they would actually have more competition. It was not a good game for the home team they got destroyed from the start. The jv game was a better game than varsity because jv only lost by 11 and varsity lost by 30. jv 45-56, Varsity 54-83 both lost but you dwell on one game just have to move on  and hope you do better in the next one. I hope they do better in there next games.

Me and Kennedy made this handshake last year in chemistry and it just stuck. So now every time  we see each other we do our handshake. It real nice simple and easy, not complicated or anything, it just simply means friends. We created it because last year we never had a teacher in chemistry, and one day we were so bored we just doing stupid stuff, and just created a handshake, and we never forgot it.

In class today we looked why certain houses are winning and why they are winning. Also how some of the other houses can step it up and also who is slacking in the houses that are holding you back. Also the house that is winning can keep winning. In  the next couple of months how a  house can hold it out until the end and finish out strong. The things that killed the house of ATLAS was interim but this time it was different and Atlas has the lead since the end of the first quarter and is going to keep the lead until the end.

So when I went to middle school we started a tradition where my mom bought me my own artificial tree because my favorite color is blue and she would never decorate the tree in blue. So she thought of a solution to the problem and bought  me my own tree and decorate it in as much blue as possible. In this picture i just got it out the attic and I was getting ready to decorate it. My mom has her tree in the living room and i have my tree in the den. Since I have been in the six grade I  set this tree up down there and that where my presents would be in the morning. My tree looks 10x better than my moms tree decorated in white. This is my last year setting up this tree because next year I will  be at college and  probably wont feel like setting it up. Every year she buys me a new ornament for the tree,or some type of new decoration in blue for the tree. My uncle always calls it sad little charlie brown tree, but i don't care because it was my first tree that I could call mines without having my own house. I am proud of my decorative talent. I'm going to take picture when it is finished.

I had to move this gigantic a** tree into my house with just me and my cousin. So my mom always get these bis tree because we have a big living room but every time she pick out a tree it to big and i don't know why, i guess she thinks we have one of those big gigantic ceiling like you see in mansions and things. So me and my cousin having fun, all day until we have to go move this big thing out of the truck. This thing was not only heavy, we had to manuever this tree into the living room which was a little tricky because it was a couch in the way. Now we have it in the house we have to move into the stand, another difficult task. Don't get me wrong big tree's are nice but they are hard to get in and hard to get out. After about a hour of trying to get it into the stand and straight and chopping some of the top off we finally got it and secured. Then as my mom starts to put the lights on it, she yells up stares for me and my cousin to come because it was tipping, so my cousin grabbed it real quick while thought real quick what can i use to keep this from falling. I ran outside real quick and got a couple of bricks to secure it down and placed them under the tree to hold it up. This enormous tree is so big it won't even stay in the stand by itself, come on now that how you know it to big. This hasn't been the first year we had to use bricks to hold up our tree, in previous years we had to use bricks before. I think my mom needs to be taken off the tree hunting duty, I'm just saying. As you can see in the picture the tree is still touching the ceiling even after we chopped some of the top off. My mom said she would be finished decorating if lights didn't blow out but she always does a wonderful job on her tree.

On this great Friday after school i went to the Bowling alley with Male mentoring group and national honors society where they had nice get together. You bowl for five dollars from three to five a very nice deal. A few weeks ago, i thought i couldn't ball because for my birthday i bowled at Dave and busters and all could bowl is gutter balls or barely even pick up strikes. Now at a real bowling alley i was debating if i was going to bowl or not, but i did and i found out I'm deadly when it's my turn because at first i was a little a rusty once i was warmed up nothing but strikes and spares. Now i come to realize it wasn't me that was terrible a few weeks ago, it was Dave and busters terrible balls and lanes, so now i want a rematch at a real bowling alley. Then i can show my real talents.In the end i ended up with a 101 out of two games, that not that bad. Also national honors society had a gift exchange for there members and it was just an joyous time.Then i went to a party later that night with my cousin and it was this game party and it was OK.

Had a lot construction going on my street today as i came off the bus. I don't know what they were working  on but i still had water, so it didn't matter. They had all these dump trucks all up and down the street. They didn't have any signs up saying roadwork or anything so cars would come flying down there slam on breaks beacuse they didn't have any signs up. At first they were letting people go threw but then it was eventually closed all together. What ever they were working on took them until 9o'clock at night to finish. I didn't walk down there to see what they were doing because i didn't care. Now you can see where they were working because there is a nice covered hole with assault  and dirty everywhere.

This was dinner for tonight salad, french fries and crabs, i thought crab season was over but i guess not they where great . Even though I'm allergic to seafood i still eat it because it good to eat occasionally. I like when it just the leg because you don't have to pick all the meat out. Also that why i thought you crabs in the summer because you can eat them out on the porch and outside on a nice summer night. In  this box there where three crab legs in there but i ate the other two and saved that one for the next day after school. To take care my allergy so i don't break out, i take benadryl  and takes of my allergy. I just break out on my face. The only thing about bendryl it knocks you out and i can't stay awake to finish my food. So now i take it as soon as finish eating.

Man everybody knows when I'm in the kitchen i shut it down. Whether it be dinner for the night, dessert, breakfast, you name it I'll cook it or at least try,or even try to learn how to make something, depending on how hungry i am. These cookies are the new Pillsbury peppermint cookies and my mom wanted to try them  and they were alright, they not like the cut ready to bake sugar cookies. As you can see here i cut the dough to big and these cookies look like they on steroids. I mean i used to cookies being cut already and you just put them on a tray and throw them in the oven. I was eating the dough as i was cutting the cookies  just to see how they taste. They came out better cooked than raw. I still have a whole half slab of dough left so i will cut them a little bit smaller next time. These cookies get you ready for the holiday which i am really excited for. They still came out good so i wasn't tripping, and my mom liked them so i never let anybody say i can't cook.My name is Master chef Tommy when I'm in the kitchen.

 This class is not that hard it just  a lot formulas to remember and components. It just the teacher is a hard case to crack but i'm not letting that keep from succeeding in this class. I mean every time you don't have a symbol or forget something points off, put your head down in class points off, don't do your homework at all mega points off, skip a question because you think you don't know it but you do, you just didn't feel like doing points off. I mean i have learned my lesson this teacher doesn't miss a beat. I mean you could have a perfect paper and there will be an error on there somewhere and guess what points off! You can think you doing something right and it be totally wrong, points off. I mean from when the school year started i learned to check my all papers real good before i turn it in. In a way it is helping because not only do i check good in her class, i also started checking in math to because that another subject where an error could easily mess up the whole problem but this is a different teacher. This teacher is like an owl hunting a mouse at night because, as hard as the mouse try to hide or stay out of sight the owl still finds it. In the end i will past this class.

This restaurant had some good food definitely delicious food. It was a five star restaurant. This place reminded me of Ruth Chris or pf changs because it had that nice elegant feel. So it was Friday and i didn't have nothing to do but chill and relax. when I tell my home girl I'm tell my home girl I'm starving. So she was riding in the car with her mother.

My favorite car ever. I got this about two Christmas ago because i saw it on a website and just i have to have it. Not only is it my favorite car but it also blue also my favorite color. Sadly this is just an RC car, only if it was real! I love this car it can do a lot of stuff on this toy car. It real working head lights, actual working turn signals and reverse lights, it can go up 3 miles away from the RC controller. I haven't played with it in a long time because of school and other things, plus I'm getting two old for RC cars. I'm just going to keep it on display on top of my desk, to always inspire me to one day have one in this color. Then i might give it to my son if it still works. This car is not only luxury but it is also very fast, which is my style. I love cars but especially fast ones. I'm going to have a whole garage full of cars luxury,sports, style, trucks you name it I'll have it.

Wednesday Wendy's, mom didn't feel like cooking but we went to the Wendy's down the street and got food. I got to drive, i drive everywhere now that i can whip it  now. She just says i don't feel like driving, you drive ok. She said we need to find something fast and quick because I'm tried and had a long day. So i always get the same thing #1 combo with cheese and fry and fruit punch. I just started getting medium because it fulfills my hunger now, small would do it before but now it doesn't. So I drive home eating fries and  and my mom says you better pay attention to the road, i say i got this. We get in the house and i come to realize that when I'm eating my food Wendy's burgers are not as big as use to be  and there not square meat patties anymore. That primarily why there not as big anymore. So now that the portion size has been cut down, the patties are no longer square and there now smaller. So now I'm back to were i switched from getting a small to medium and the portion sizes change. Now I'm going to start having to get double cheeseburger or something now because a #1 doesn't fill me up anymore. I'm going to have to switch to #2 or something else on the menu. Not only did i ask for a medium fry that night they gave me a small, probably why i was still hungry after that small portion sized burger. I want the old Wendy's burgers to come they were way more fulfilling.

I got my official letter o f acceptance UMES. I'm happy because it one my top schools that i want to go to. It also has my major and it is in state.  Also the fee was waived and it was on that spot acceptance, i just had to get my official copy of my transcript sent off and just wait for them to officially accept me in. Now i got it also i got the records for flu shots and everything and meal plan to officially enroll but I'm waiting on my top school, then i will make my decision.  It a relief because i ain't think i would get accepted anywhere because my GPA not that high and my SAT scores Aren't that great. It great feeling to see Congratulations at the top of a letter of acceptance. It like a new found swagger to me because it saying, your starting a new chapter.

This was assignment for today, to create a poster about the hope in the unseen. It had to include a poster from the book and 2 pictures, a border that regards your theme. Also we had include  a personal corresponding towards a hope in the unseen and what your theme meant to you. I think our house had nice poster because we all helped and contributed to the poster in some way. I took a picture of the bored because i was being lazy and didn't feel like writing it down. If you have technology why not use it to help you. If technology is there I'm going to use it, now if i can't i would have taken out a piece of paper and written it down. Technology might not always be available but at the time it was so i am thankful that i have a nice picture phone, that takes great pictures. Our theme was great because we all thought on it and came up with nice theme that wasn't to narrow or to broad. A nice general theme.

This is one of presents for my birthday. This game is really nice. Even though it can use some work on the actual driving in the game it still a nice game. It has all the new cars 2011-2012 which make for even greater driving experience. This game actually different from your regular racing game because in normal games you have to keep racing to get nice cars, in this game nice cars are given automatically, which makes for an even better driving experience. The story line is very nice and you can't to see some parts of the US that you don't get to see everyday. It also has a nice feature in the game that let you rewind if you crash or something.  Some of the cars are modified for better performance. I would've played it my birthday weekend but i was busy so i just played Monday after my birthday weekend. The one car they left out is the Bentley which is my favorite car and i was disappointed because it luxury and fast.

I had two celebrations one on the actual night of my birthday at grandma house and another the night after with family and friends. It was joyous occasion, i party all night long at Dave and Buster,I played lots of games. I mainly bowled and ate food because my uncle had mention him and his girlfriend were going bowling and he was talking like all nice that when i said i wanted to go bowling. So my mom decided she wanted to go out Dave and busters and celebrate. My mom had made old school Mom,uncles,older cousins Vs. New school me friends and younger cousin. I though had an all star lineup, boy was i wrong. I come out bowling gutter balls and it just went downhill from there, me and all my friends bowled gutters that night. My uncles and older cousins made us look terrible, they over there bowling turkeys and doubles, and we bowling gutter balls. It was still fun though and i wish i could have invited more to even out the playing field it would have been more competition. Also they didn't have the right size bowls there  so i said we going to have a rematch at real bowling alley and then we will see who wins. I still won tickets on the arcade game. While i was bowling though i realized i had lost my touch for and couldn't bowl for nothing anymore, actually i did the worst on my team. I still had great time.

Thomas Brown AVIID 365 day 93 12-2-11/ My Birthday!!!

Finally 17, Thank goodness it was on a Friday because i could relax and chill and not have to go to school the next day. I still couldn't stay and play my new game all night because i had to take the SAT's the next day. I had on my favorite color for my birthday and it just made my day a whole lot better. Also i asked my grandma to bake me a cake because her are so delicious and only time i would have is when went over there for family dinner on Sunday. I decided i wanted a cake for my birthday, i even went out and bought the mix for her and it almost didnt make it because my grandma said it fell apart and it was just working her las nerve. I'm glad she didn't because it was huge and delicious as alll heer cakes. I don't think ever seen a cake this big before. It didn't matter because it was still delicious. I asked her to make me a cake because i got tired of my grandma making cake one sunday and i get a piece and come back next sunday and it would be gone. At first i wasnt going to share it but then i did and guess what it didn't even last the whole weekend. I got lots of gift and money including that hat. It was an excellent birthday. Next year i will be on university or college and it might not be the same.

Almost done my top choices school application. I started this one but did not finish it. Which hurting my grae in AVID, which is not sitting well with me at all. I was just so tired, i just stopped and did not finish that application or my bowie one because i just didn't want to answer anything wrong. Also I had to study for a big AP psychology test the next day which lead into me not finishing my application. Also my mom wants to review my applications so she can make sure they are perfect. This is one of my top choices because they have my major and there nice at sports. there out of state so money might play a big factor to me going of not. The had a really nice campus when went with my cousin a few years back when she was looking for a college to go to. She didn't like it but i never asked her why, instead she ended going and graduating from frost burg which she hated. Also they are like really close to a beach and nice resort area which makes for even better university.

I finished this application, i got on the spot and the fee waived at this black college expo. So i had already got in, I just had to send my official transcript and 1st quarter report card. I picked this school because  they are in state and they have my major. Also they are ok in sports. Also they have a nice campus. This might be one of my top choices because it close to home but it still in the same state of my home. I want to get that feeling of being away from home and not running home to  my mom every time something is wrong. I would want to go somewhere were is family is because i know i will have one reliable source or I can ask for help occasionally.

finished this application, finally. this is not even on of my top choices it was just the fee was waived and on the spot acceptance, why not pass up a good chance to get acceptance. This college was at the black college expo and they accepted me in. I just had to fill out the actual application because the guy ran out at the expo. Now I'm waiting on the actual confirmation from the school. I'll still look at them especially if they offer money. They might be a backup for one of my other schools. I do have a lot of family in PA and NJ, so that why kind want to go north. Also I like snow, and cold weather, I'm a winter baby. I love snow, i can't wait for it to snow. I be out playing snow for hours! I have a lot of family in these states or northern part of the east coast, that why i was looking at schools up north.

This is my number one school i finally finished my North Carolina A&T application. The next day i had my transcript sent off to. Also i did all my research they have my major and everything, the last thing i need to do is take visit just to see what the campus is like and see if i like the campus. Also my grandma said some of my family that don't even know went to A&T. So why not uphold the legacy by going to A&T. Once i take a visit down there i will make my final decision. If i did go i know i would have friends down there with me because a couple i know said they wanted to go there. I want to get away a little bit from home because it helps you become mature faster because you don't have somebody there for you to depend on. Out-of-state has always been my first choice but i'm reconsidering in state because the tuition is a lot cheaper.
